ATTENTION Pastors and Leaders! YOU AND YOUR CONGREGATION NEED TO BE A PART OF THIS! The Southern Region leadership has listened to the concerns raised and reached out to provide the best possible gift for you and your congregations. Many of you face challenges today with decreasing and limited finances. A majority of your congregations have no plan for legacy or planned giving at a time when more wealth will change hands, in the next decade, then ever before in human history. A number of churches are deferring maintenance to such a degree that the mounting costs of capital repairs appear nearly insurmountable. It is time you join us as we launch a revolution. We want to train you to lead a Generosity and Stewardship revolution in your local church that will shift the way you minister from struggling with scarcity to celebrating God’s abundance.

You won’t be alone - each congregation is invited to send a team, 3-6 people, with your pastor for a time of engaging training and action planning. During these three sessions, you will:
  • Be trained as a “Generosity Team” for your congregations; ready to launch a revolution in your church.
  • Have a step by step “year-round Generosity Plan” ready to implement with electronic giving components.
  • Have a dynamic fall Generosity & Stewardship Campaign with key experiential components---ready to roll.
Here is a challenge: if you don’t send a team, we won’t want to hear:
  • “We can’t fully pay, fund our ministry and mission budget, including “Fair Share” apportionments.
  • “We are struggling with finances and don’t know what to do.”
Here is an opportunity to equip a team from your church to lead in this crucial area. This training will guide you in a new way of acting as leaders that will stir contagious generosity and unleash Spirit energy in your congregation. The first action that you need to take is to consider the average worship size of your congregation, click the appropriate link below, and register.  You will be blessed! Being a part of this action planning is an investment of your time and talent that will keep on giving. This training and the action plan you develop will have a high ROI-return on your investment.

Pop Up Library: March Book Collection
Sponsored by the Gateway South Poverty Task Force
The pop-up library makes books accessible by bringing them to folks who might not have the opportunity to find quality, affordable literature close by. A mobile library will be made available at various sites - especially in spaces used to offer services to vulnerable persons. This mobile library will be available to all at no cost.
