Pray for the people in the path of the hurricanes and those in recovery. Pray for families who await word from loved ones in Puerto Rico and other Caribbean islands. Bishop Schol shared his concern and prayers with our clergy who call Puerto Rico home:
As another hurricane approaches Puerto Rico,
Beverly and I are deeply concerned for you, your families and friends.
We cannot imagine how hard this is for you.
We are praying for you and your loved ones.
I encourage you to do the things you need to do in the coming weeks
to care for your families and for yourself.
We love you deeply and care about you and your home land.
Peace and Hope,
Bishop John Schol
