Hello all, we hope you’re well and surviving the ups and downs of Covid. What a year!
Do you have dementia? The Life Changes Trust is looking for someone with dementia to join their panel to discuss applications for funding. Support is available if required.  If you’d like to know more, please get in touch with me and I’ll tell you more.

Friendship Group
Meets weekly online on ZOOM every Tuesday, 11.30 - 1pm. If you have a tablet or smart phone you can join us. If you want to know more about ZOOM or advice, we can help and we have a step by step guide. Just get in touch.  New Blog:

Taking a break to enjoy a blether about one of our favorite subjects – food. Let us share recipes, food memories, or gardening stories. Bring your favorite sandwich, or cake!

National Galleries of Scotland

We welcome artist Katharine Aarrestad - one of the three artists who lead out Gallery Social sessions. She will be doing a taster session, talking about nature, art, autumn, and the other Dementia Friendly Gallery Social sessions.

Conversations with Age Scotland

Sandra Brown is joining us to chat about the wide range of services and support that Age Scotland provides, from care and support, to legal information, wellbeing, financial and housing advice. If there is something specific you would like to chat about let us know!

Celebrating 350 years of the Royal Botanic Gardens

Celebrating the 350th anniversary of the Edinburgh Botanic Gardens with a talk from the current Regius Keeper, Simon Milne, sharing highlights, lowlights and amusing anecdotes.

Shall we Dance: Saturdays on Zoom 11 am. A chance to learn the basics of partner dancing from Dawn who not only arranges great events, but is a former British and International Ballroom and Latin Champion. You can also book a 1:1 session with Dawn
