Fear Of What God Is Asking Me To Do

Psalm of the Day: Psalm 72:1-7, 18-19
Scripture for the Week: Luke 1:26-35, 37-38

Merciful God, who sent your messengers the prophets to
preach repentance and prepare the way for our salvation:
Give us grace to heed their warnings and forsake our sins,
that we may greet with joy the coming of Jesus Christ our
Redeemer; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy
Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Christmas Program & Annual Carol Sing
We will have our Christmas Program, December 18th, during the church service. All classes and any and all church members wishing to do a presentation should let James Fisher or Linda Guy know by December 11. The program will be followed by a soup and chili lunch. The congregation is asked to bring desserts or relish. We will be caroling following the lunch.

Night Crew Women's Meeting - December
The Night Crew Christmas party will be held December 15th at 6 PM at Barbara Barton's home. Everyone is to bring a side dish and Barbara will furnish the meat. Please also bring a $10 gift for the gift exchange. This is always a great fellowship so plan to attend!

Christmas Adopt-A-Family
This Christmas, we are helping the AFL-CIO by sponsoring families who need help during the holidays. Please select a person to buy a gift for by picking up a slip of paper. The slip of paper will tell you who you are buying a gift for, and what gift to buy. Then, bring the gift back to church, wrapped and with the slip of paper.
