Week Seven: Lazarus

Do you ever feel like life is a puzzle that you have to figure out? Have you ever thought, “If I just had a sign from God, then I would know for sure”? God does give signs: miracles. Join us as we take a look at the seven miracles of Jesus in the Gospel of John.

Psalm for the Day: Psalm 118:1-2, 19-29
Scripture of the Week: John 11:38-44

Almighty and everliving God, in your tender love for the human race you sent your Son our Savior Jesus Christ to take upon him our nature, and to suffer death upon the cross, giving us the example of his great humility: Mercifully grant that we may walk in the way of his suffering, and also share in his resurrection; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God,
for ever and ever. Amen.

Fellowship Hall Almost Paid Off!
Thank you to all those who have supported the building of our Fellowship Hall. Our goal is to have it paid off by our 175th Anniversary Celebration this September. We only have around $5000 left to raise to pay off the loan. If you would like to designate a gift towards the Fellowship Hall fund, please be sure to specify that by writing "Fellowship Hall" in the memo of your check, or on your offering envelope. Keep up the great work!

MWSU Food Drive
The MWSU Campus has a food pantry to help students in need be able to eat. Many times just paying tuition and rent uses up most of their income. There are times when the cafeteria is not open and a student cannot afford to eat out. Your donation of any of the following items will support students in their education and help the graduate with less debt: canned meats (tuna and salmon), crackers, peanut butter, canned ravioli, tuna helper, evaporated milk, canned fruit, pre-made jello/pudding/etc., cereal/oatmeal, pasta/sauce, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, deodorant, body wash, razors, diapers, baby food.

New Vine Campus Ministry
New Vine meets weekly at 7pm on the MWSU Campus, Murphy building, Room 109. We are always looking for volunteers. Contact Tom Keller if interested.

Ebenezer Church Youth Group
We invite the Youth in our church to participate in our upcoming events! We will be meeting Sunday nights at 6pm. Mark your calendars for a Missions Trip: June 19-25, 2016.
