Week One: Water to Wine
Do you ever feel like life is a puzzle that you have to figure out? Have you ever thought, “If I just had a sign from God, then I would know for sure”? God does give signs: miracles. Join us as we take a look at the seven miracles of Jesus in the Gospel of John.
Scripture for the Week: John 2:1-11

PRAYER FOR THE WEEK
Almighty and everlasting God, you govern all things both in heaven and on earth: Mercifully hear the supplications of your people, and in our time grant us your peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

OPPORTUNITIES TO GIVE
Souper Bowl of Caring
The NFL Super Bowl is a big event for sports fans. But, St. Joseph area churches have their own big event to participate in: SOUPER Bowl 2016. We need everyone to bring dollars or food items such as dry cereal, canned soup, spaghetti and pasta type boxed dinners, canned tuna, salmon, or chicken, etc. Your donations will help feed hungry people this winter through InterServ’s Calvin Center Food Pantry! Bring donations between now and February 7th.
MWSU Food Drive
The MWSU Campus has a food pantry to help students in need be able to eat. Many times just paying tuition and rent uses up most of their income. There are times when the cafeteria is not open and a student cannot afford to eat out. Your donation of any of the following items will support students in their education and help the graduate with less debt: canned meats (tuna and salmon), crackers, peanut butter, canned ravioli, tuna helper, evaporated milk, canned fruit, pre-made jello/pudding/etc., cereal/oatmeal, pasta/sauce, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, deodorant, body wash, razors, diapers, baby food.
New Vine Campus Ministry
New Vine meets weekly at 7pm on the MWSU Campus, Murphy building, Room 109. We are always looking for volunteers. Contact Tom Keller if interested.

EVENTS
2/7 Football Sunday
Invite your co-workers, friends, and neighbors to church to experience Football Sunday on February 7, 2016. This exciting presentation about the move of God in the lives of professional football players gives us a great opportunity to discuss Jesus in a way that's relevant to our culture today. Even casual football fans celebrate football's biggest game; let's use the championship game day to show the unchurched what life in Christ can be like.
