We are working on our mailing list software to make the email more relevant to you. From now on new subscribers are being asked about their interests. This email is going to the whole list. 

Every week we usually change the menu for Phatt's Dining Room. We were so happy with the menu last week we are repeating the mains and adding an old favourite.

Our food is not fusion - it is not experimental - the dishes are bold, traditional and authentic.

Cassoulet from France and Coulibiac from Russia are returning as our big offerings this Saturday night. Have a look at the menu below to see what a bold dish looks like in this post winter solstice period. We have posted on our Facebook page a video of Phatt Duck constructing a Coulibiac. By the time of our next email we should have our YouTube channel operating to make it easier to see our videos.

We are very proud to announce the beginning of a relationship with the Rooty Hill RSL Club. Through word of mouth recommendations we were approached by the management of the Club to supply our handmade Phatt Duck pies to be part of the menu in their various restaurants.

After several meetings with their world class Executive Chef and team of senior chefs they have placed their first order with us. So from about next week hundreds of our handmade individual serve Beef Wine & Thyme pies will be making their way to the Rooty Hill RSL. We will be using Cuttaway Hill Merlot (available from the Eling Forest Cellar Door). Yet again Southern Highlands food and produce shows the way. 

Finally, if you and your friends and business associates would like to join us for a weekend of fine dining in a very private environment we can include as part of a package, on site accommodation in the heritage rooms of the Eling Forest Winery.

PS. Phatt's Feast is open for the rest of the week here at Eling Forest Winery with our handmade "destination food". You do not have to cook at the end of your journey.
