As we close the year 2017, and prepare to usher in 2018, I am filled with gratitude to you, our friends, partners, team members and the entire CYNESA family, for the many contributions you have made in supporting our mission. Just a few weeks ago, we invited you to pray for the success of our CYNESA Summit 2017, which we held from the 22nd to the 27th November 2017. I was overwhelmed by your generous responses and expression of solidarity, and i am happy to report that we had a most successful gathering. Thank you!

 

2018 promises to be yet another challenging but exciting year. We hope to bring the message of Laudato Si to young people in West Africa, with the launch of the first chapters there, even as we consolidate our existing work and presence in East, Central and Southern Africa. Our partnerships and programs are set to expand and deepen, as is our commitment to listen to the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor.
