CYNESA E-NEWSLETTER
June 2016 Edition

Dear Friends,

“Laudato Si’, mi’ Signore” – “Praise be to you my Lord”.
With these words from the canticle of St. Francis of Assisi, I am delighted to present to you this edition of the CYNESA e-newsletter. One year ago, Pope Francis’ encyclical letter, ‘Laudato Si’: On Care for Our Common Home’ was released. The days, weeks and months after that have been filled with study, reflection, prayer and action, on how to best live the document as young people, in our respective contexts.
During this anniversary, we pause to look back, to discern, and then to forge ahead in prayer and action, in tackling the many dimensions that environmental concerns manifest themselves in. I hope that the stories documented in this edition will help you to do the same, as we are all united in caring for our common home.
