Hi there

February is traditionally our hottest month and if it is too hot to cook… don't. I call it cooking without cooking and my motto this time of the year is “Dinner is a meal best served at room temperature”. So, this year we are celebrating Valentine's Day with a delicious, filling portable salad to be enjoyed outdoors in the shade.

Our tasters loved these toasties. Choose very ripe tomatoes and do take the trouble to skin them. Season well with Garlic & Herb Seasoning.

Classy and cool. We used a shop bought rotisserie chicken and plated this colourful salad on a non-breakable plastic platter.

On a recent trip to Holland I became hooked on the delicious flavour of these biscuits. Do try them, they are superb with a cup of coffee. Use the generous amounts of spices as stipulated in our recipe to ensure the authentic flavour.

Should feel heavy for its size. Give it a thump - you want a hollow sound, not a dull thud.

Pick one up and weigh it in your hand, ripe ones are heavier than they look and aromatic.

Quality certification

We passed the (FSSC) 22000 Food Safety System Certification with flying colours again. This covers all the fields of activity in our factory up to June 2021.

Well done to our Quality Control and Technical team, as well as all the Manufacturing and Maintenance staff.
