Here’s the thing. The world’s most beautiful hotel may still be an impractical choice for an event venue. And a venue that ticks every functional box may still, well, lack that ‘specialness’ that your event deserves.

That’s why we’ve created our Insider’s Guide - a monthly update on special venues that we have personally visited, checked and assessed, drawing on 29 years of experience.

In fact, Conference Contacts started life as a venue-finding service so we know exactly what to look for on your behalf.

Four Seasons, Casablanca - Opening Soon.

Opening late in 2015, the new Four Seasons in Casablanca will have 186 guest-rooms and suites, stunning sea views and one of the largest spas in town. The hotel includes flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces with seven function rooms for up to 550 in a theatre format.

Titanic Belfast Opens Exhibition Centre:

Titanic Belfast has just added a 5,000 m2 dedicated exhibition and event space that can be hired on an exclusive basis for events for up to 2,000 people.

The existing visitor centre and banqueting spaces of the venue currently offer reception space for up to 800 guests, together with a variety of meeting space options.

Atlantis comes to Zurich:

The Atlantis by Giardo hotel in Zurich is opening on December 1st 2015.

The stunning 95 room 'urban retreat' promises a seamless mix of 5-star city centre luxury with natural surroundings at the foot of Üetliberg mountain.

The hotel has meeting space for up to 200 delegates, as well as two restaurants, a spa and pool complex.

Case Study: Hilton Bayfront, San Diego.

Following a successful event in Orlando in 2014, Conference Contacts was tasked with finding a hotel that could accommodate the same event in 2015. The prerequisite was that the location needed to enable easy access for all South American attendees and that costings, where possible, should be on par with 2014.
