MOXIE Restore is 50-minutes of Yoga for Athletes. This class integrates movement, strength and breath work to help athletes excel, regardless of ability level or sport. It's not only for athletes either! Yoga for Athletes will help all participants by improving balance, flexibility, power and stamina leading to improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery. Jennifer Hammonds and Hanna Radcliff join the MOXIE Team
Jennifer Hammonds holds 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training 2013 Sid Yoga and Glow Yoga, Gulf Shores (Baptiste Vinyasa); 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training 2014 Yandara Yoga, Hilo, Hawaii (Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative); Reiki Level 1,2, Advanced and Master, Hilo, Hawaii; Thai Yoga Therapy Level 1 Certification 2016 with Phoebe Diftler in Santa Monica, California. Jennifer aims to help clients decrease pain, cleanse toxins and increase flexibility, strength, mindfulness, focus and well-being. When she's not in the studio, Jenn cooks professionally and leads private workshops and yoga retreats.
Hanna Radcliff completed her 100 hour RYT and 200 hour RYT in 2015. When she's not in the studio, Hanna enjoys the outdoors, extreme sports and snowboarding. She began practicing yoga for physical benefits and continued her practice for the difference it made emotionally and spiritually. Hanna hopes to guide clients to discovering the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga.
