A Legacy Left: Our Mission Moving Forward

William Goldman 1940-2015

It is with great sadness that I share this news. William Goldman, my law partner and dear long-time friend passed away last month as a result of injuries he sustained in a fall.

I had the extreme good fortune to work alongside Bill for the past 16 years. There was no finer attorney, no better advocate for our clients, and no friend more loyal and sincere. He will be terribly missed by so many. Click here to read Bill's obituary in The New York Times.

Despite this tremendous loss, the work Goldman & Braunstein performs on behalf of our clients each and every day has not been affected. Our team is committed to our clients and we work diligently to ensure each case reaches a resolution that is in the their best interest. At Goldman & Braunstein we stand by our clients from start to finish. It's the way Bill and I have always conducted our practice and that hasn't changed. "Leveling the playing field" on behalf of landowners was Bill's passion. It is the legacy he has left us and at Goldman & Braunstein it continues to be our primary mission moving forward.

If you have any questions at all about your case and or an engagement, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. I can be reached at or 614-229-4512.

Landowners Turn Out To Learn More About Protecting Their Property
In a continuing effort to keep landowners informed, we held three meetings earlier this month for property owners affected by the Rover Pipeline. More than 150 people showed up, armed with important questions regarding Rover's projected timeline, the pipeline's proposed right of entry and our litigation outlook. Our team is committed to ensuring that landowner's know their rights. We will continue to hold free, no-obligation meetings across the state in order to provide the information that property owners need in order to receive fair and just compensation.
