HfS leadership team commenting on the expansion:

Bram Weerts, Chief Commercial OfficerHfS Research"The HfS Research team and clients will benefit massively from this human capital infusion. Every year we expand our knowledge within the company with bright minds to serve our clients' needs and their requirements. We can make these investment because clients like to work with us. Today's analyst industry is not always seen as a cool market, but HfS is a very cool place to work, and we have to thank our clients' enthusiasm for this great opportunity for more collaboration".

Charles Sutherland, Chief Research Officer, HfS Research: "The research strategy of HfS is to cover the intersection of business process, technology and talent in the evolution of the As-a-Service Economy from its legacy roots.  Our own talent strategy is to recruit energetic, enthusiastic analysts to cover the varied points of intersection, by function, by industry and by technology type and to bring their varied backgrounds as practitioners, consultants, and experienced analysts to our research agenda. We are always on the search for new analysts who strive to collaborate around these intersecting points of As-a-Service, and are excited to bring on our latest HfS team members to expand our coverage and maintain the thoughtful, provocative editorial approach that has always been the hallmark of HfS."

Phil Fersht, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Industry Analyst, HfS Research: "Surviving in a market that refuses to change, such as the traditional IT analyst industry, is all about leveraging digital tech and the web to have a much, much more competitive model in terms of cost, reach and customer accessibility. However, you can use all the cool tech in the world, but it’s useless without the human factor to drive it and make the magic work. That’s where having a team of motivated, passionate – and genuinely nice people, makes this business successful. While technology and a great business model is what makes the thing function, it’s really the people, the socially intelligent attitude and culture which make up our secret sauce."
