Tournament Program Booklets
By now you should have received the final performance schedule. As we discussed during training, the number of printed programs will be limited to two per team. They will be placed in your registration package.
Once the program is finalized, you will be e-mailed a link to the PDF version so you can print and share as many copies as you choose.
Limiting the printed copies to 500 saves the region more than $1,000. I appreciate your agreement with this approach.
Volunteer Worker Assignments
The volunteer worker assignments and schedule are being put together this week and, upon completion, will be sent to coaches AND workers that were entered when teams were registered.
Upon receiving the worker assignment e-mail, coaches should either (1) verify that their worker received the e-mail and knows where he or she needs to be and when or (2) communicate the assignment to any new worker who may have replaced the name you entered upon registration. Currently, there are 158 workers in the system. Your assistance in getting the required information to your worker is greatly appreciated.
It is NOT critical that I know who the worker is. It IS critical that the worker knows his or her assignment and time slot! Remember: No-show workers can result in a penalty to the team of $25 and/or 25 points.
It is our intent to provide all workers an assignment that allows them to see the Long-Term performance of the team they are representing. If your worker has children on two different teams, his or her time slot will avoid the performance time ONLY of the team being represented. Conflicts will be addressed for the team represented, not any others.
Other Tournament Information
As the tournament date nears, we will share more communication to keep you up to speed. We urge you to follow us on Facebook, where we publish updates regularly. Going forward, e-mails will include important information about your workers' schedules, as well as the tournament. Make sure you check your spam folder if you have had issues in the past.
