Christmas Decorations

Hidden Hills came alive with your Christmas lights & other decor for the holidays. Thanks to those who decorated the neighborhood. Selecting only three winners for the decorating contest was difficult because everyone did a terrific job.
The winners were:
1st Place - Brett & Dawn Marshall
2nd Place - Corey & Stephanie Moore
3rd Place - Mike & Peggy McCrory
Each was awarded a nominal gift card, as well as bragging rights!

Annual Assessment
The 2016 Annual Assessment is due this month. Remember, 
members who pay in full during the month of January may take
the early payment discount.

 If payment is received on or after February 1, or if you pay in installments 
(January and July), the discount is not allowed.
A $75 late fee is assessed on past due assessments.
If you sell your home or move out of the neighborhood, be sure the HOA is notified so our records can be kept current. Each owner of record as of January 1 receives an invoice for the annual assessment. You are responsible for this amount until ownership transfers to the new owner.

2016 Annual Meeting/New Board Members

The Hidden Hills Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, January 19 at 7:00 p.m. at the Reservoir Community Center off Spillway Road.  We haven't announced those who plan to serve, because we don't have a full state of officers! If you are interested in serving your community, please email Pat at so your name can be placed on the ballot.
