The October Board meeting is next Tuesday, 10/13 at 6:30. Homeowners are welcome to attend. If you wish to discuss anything at this meeting, please call 769-524-7358 to be added to the agenda.

Congratulations to Cliff and Jeanette Fincher who reside at 329 Gladeview Place for being selected Yard of the Month for October. Cliff & Jeanette moved to Hidden Hills in June 2014.
If you have time, drive by their home on Gladeview and admire their fall flowers.
Fun Fest
Thanks to our sponsors and volunteers for helping with our fall picnic. Ronnie Johnson, one of our board members and owner of Lithic LLC, a computer support firm, made a generous contribution which went toward the cost of the kids' inflatables. Randy Berg Bldr., LLC and Christian Cowan Builder, LLC also contributed to the event, and we greatly appreciate their sponsorship.
Kroger at Castlewoods surprised us by generously donating the burgers and hot dogs, so please show your appreciation by shopping at their store. If you were unable to attend, we’re sorry you missed it. We look forward to this occasion to visit and socialize with our neighbors.
FALL GARAGE SALE
Over 40 homes participated in our Neighborhood Garage Sale this past weekend and the Gateway Rescue truck was filled twice. Most will say that was a huge success! If you wonder why a registration fee is charged, the $10 fee goes back into the Social Committee’s budget to supplement the cost of events throughout the year. The general budget is used to fund our fixed expenses like debt reduction, utilities, irrigation, etc., so the income from our garage sales offsets the cost of events like the Fun Fest, Easter Egg Hunt, Christmas Party, etc. Expenses (ads and sign cost) are paid from these funds. If you haven't turned in your garage sale sign, please drop it off at the clubhouse so we can store and reuse it.
Storage Buildings & Pools - ARC

Storage Buildings and pools are required to have a permit from the Rankin County Community Development Dept., as well as from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Submit your application FIRST to Renee Lawrence, Director of the RCCDD. Renee can be reached at 601-824-2570. Be sure to mention you are in Hidden Hills, part of the Reservoir Community District. Once you obtain a permit from Rankin County, submit a copy of your permit along with other specifications (lot placement, type of building, etc.) to either Rod Nagel, Chairman of ARC or to Pat Starnes at the Association office.
Ladies of Hidden Hills –
You are invited to meet at the clubhouse on the 3rd Thursday of each month. This is a NON COMMITTAL GROUP of ladies that want to get together for a little break from the daily routine. You are invited to come ANY 3rd Thursday whenever your schedule allows. There will be light refreshment, a little laughter, and a little fun. Please email
resstat@bellsouth.net if you plan to attend so refreshments can be planned accordingly. The next date is October 16th. Hope to see many of you there!
Annual Homeowners Meeting
