June Yard of the Month

Congratulations to Martie Currie whose yard has blooming Day Lilies everywhere.  The grass is uniformly green and well manicured.  The use of color is well executed with pops of purple by the front door and behind the fence.
Q&A: How Do I Reserve the Clubhouse?
 
This is one of our most frequently asked questions. The clubhouse rental fee is $50, and the refundable security deposit is $100.To reserve the clubhouse for a private event, check the calendar at Hidden Hills Owners to see if the date is available. If available, print the two forms, Clubhouse Usage Agreement and Conditions for Clubhouse Use. Bring your completed forms along with two separate checks to the clubhouse. You can use the after-hours drop box which is attached to the building beside the front door. The key can be picked up the Friday before your weekend event and must be returned no later than Monday morning. The dates are reserved on a first come/first served basis, and we cannot hold the date without payment.
HELP WANTED!
 
School is out and the pool is being used on a daily basis. Please help keep the pool area clean by utilizing the trash receptacles and checking the restrooms after small children.
 
Due to the growth of the neighborhood and the number of residents who use the pool, pool parties are no longer allowed. There is a two-guest limit per household. Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult resident.
 
Weekly volunteers are needed to check the skimmers and the bathrooms, straighten the chairs, and backwash the pool at closing time during the summer. If you can volunteer one week, please email hiddenhillsinfo@gmail.com.
Hidden Hills is a Covenant Enforced Community.

Second Half of Assessment Due

If you deferred part of your 2016 Annual Assessment, you'll soon receive an invoice for the balance due.
Your balance is due and payable on July 1, and will be considered late if not paid by July 31.
A $75 late fee will be applied to all unpaid accounts.

Please remit promptly.
