April Yard of the Month
400 Garden Park Cove

Congratulations to Corey and Renee Sanders whose beautiful yard demonstrates the use of tasteful complementary textures, drama and monochromatic color hues. 
Note the shock of lovely burgundy Snap Dragons in curbside flower bed.
Vehicles speeding through the neighborhood or running stop signs has recently been reported to the HOA office and on the Hidden Hills Facebook Group. The Sheriff's Office has been called on several occasions.

If you witness someone driving without regard for the safety of our residents, please call the Rankin County Sheriff Office at 601-825-1480. 
 
Welcome New Neighbors!

Four families closed on their homes and moved into Hidden Hills during the month of March. Let's meet these new neighbors and give them a warm, Hidden Hills welcome!
Yard Maintenance
 
Spring is here! And with the warm weather, grass (and weeds) are growing, while some flower beds need attention.

Article VIII, Section 21 of our covenants state that "all Dwellings and Lots shall be kept and maintained in good condition. All necessary repairs shall be made within a reasonable time of the occurrence of damage. All yards shall be properly maintained and mowed on a regular basis. Shrubs and grass shall be neatly trimmed and cut so that no Lot has overgrown shrubs, trees and grass."

Take a look around your homes' exterior and tidy up where necessary. We want to present Hidden Hills as a desirable, attractive family oriented neighborhood, and neglected yards detract from that image.

The Hidden Hills Garage Sale
will be Saturday, May 7. 

Registration is now open. It's $10 per household to participate.

A donation truck will be at the clubhouse after the sale
if you wish to donate your leftover items.

Individual garage sales are not allowed per the covenants. Garage sales, estate sales, etc., can only occur during planned neighborhood events.
RANKIN COUNTY ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN-UP WEEK
April 18-23rd


The Annual Spring Cleaning event is sponsored by Rankin County, and is a good opportunity to get rid of hazardous waste (old paint, oil, toxic cleaners), white goods such as old mattresses, tires, and more. The nearest drop off location for white goods will be the Northshore Fire Station #3.

Hazardous waste should be taken to the facility at 649 Marquette Road in Brandon on Saturday, April 23 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
