PNNE Resource Presbyter

The Presbytery of Northern New England seeks a part-time (20-hours-a-week) Resource Presbyter to build relationships and connect the churches, pastors, and people of our Presbytery with one another and the wider church. Candidates for this position should submit 1) a cover letter; 2) a resume/PIF; 3) a Statement of Faith; and 4) a list of three references by June 30, 2021 to sc@pnne.org. Karl Barth Seminar: The Massachusetts Convention of Congregational Ministers will be hosting its 36 annual Karl Barth seminar via Zoom over two days, June 14 and 15. Each day will feature two sessions: morning (10AM-12PM) and afternoon (1PM-2PM). The guest speaker this year will be Dr. Ian McFarland of Emory University. A free-will donation of $20 for pastors and $10 for students & retirees is suggested. If you would like to attend, please register here.

MATE's Matching Grant Opportunity: A generous donor has challenged Mission at the Eastward with a 3:1 matching grant. If they raise $9,000 they will receive a $27,000 matching gift to buy needed building supplies to support MATE’s Housing Ministry’s (MHM’s) home repair program for underserved people in need of safe homes! Camp Wilmot Summer Registration: Camp Wilmot will be running Family Camp from July 2-5 open to all ages and families, Adventure Camp for campers 13 and up from July 5-10, and two Youth Camps for campers ages 8 to 16, from the July 11-17 and 17-24. The Dignity Project: The Dignity Project is a fellowship program for high school students that will take place from August 2021 to January 2022. The project is committed to intentionally cultivating community and creating a more inclusive society. Click here to read more information about the project.
