Further to the notice recently emailed to members , I advise that the Annual General Meeting of the Kastellorizian Association of Victoria

 will be rescheduled for December, and members will soon be notified of the date.

 We now propose to send out the details of the AGM by email, and unless we hear from you to the contrary by 5pm Friday 30th October,

we will assume your acceptance of this proposal and forward the information to your email address.

 It is hoped that you will accept this form of notification regarding the AGM.

 If you do not wish to be notified by email, please respond immediately to info@kastellorizo.com.au  with the message  – “please send AGM details by post.”

Members not on the email list will be sent details of the AGM by post.
