Weekly Digest - #12/17 (24 March 2017)

In another interesting week in the world of legal business development, to my mind one of the biggest stories of the week was the news that "Deutsche Bank will stop paying its outside law firms for work carried out by newly qualified (NQ) lawyers and trainees". I don't know where this will go, but I suspect the fallout of this decision won't be pretty.

And I haven't done this in a while, but if you can please read 'High performance culture – no thank you' by Paul Gilbert .

Also, for those who may be interested, Jordan Furlong published his book 'This is Law Is A Buyer’s Market: Building a Client-First Law Firm' this week.
