President’s Message
The future of enterprises lies in exploring new frontiers of design, innovation, execution, and most importantly, change management. Very often we are forced to change, by our customers, society, government policies, competition, ecosystems etc. Instead, it would be better if we change proactively and “engineer” that change in the world around us. This is the difference between (trendsetters) leaders and (copycats) followers.

Electronics City is at a unique inflection point. On one side, we have a history of pioneering leaders - my predecessors at ELCIA took on projects that made the world around us sit up and take notice. On the other side, we have a dream of making ELCIA a role model and a great platform for ourselves, by ‘engineering change’.

Your views, inputs, ideas, suggestions and criticism are essential for our future endeavors. Please keep them coming. All the very best for a great and vibrant future ahead!
