Upcoming: Stitch Together and Virtual Book Club:

Calling all experienced fiber art enthusiasts: Join us each week to work on your stitching projects from home. Knitters, crocheters, embroiderers, and beyond are welcome to share our virtual space with fellow crafters.

Please register for the program and include your email when signing up so that we may send you the link to the virtual meeting. Click here to register for the May 19 event..

Join us for our very first virtual book club: We'll meet on Zoom to discuss "Erotic Stories for Punjabi Widows" by Balli Kaur Jaswal.

This title is available for immediate download in both eBook and eAudiobook format through the Hoopla app. Instructions with the Zoom link will be emailed to registrants before the program begins.

Library remains closed.

The Library remains closed to the public until further notice for the safety of our community and staff and to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We are complying with Gov. Pritzker’s Stay at Home order.

Please do not return Library books and materials until further notice – we’ve extended all due dates and waived all fines until the beginning of July.

Drive-thru service.
We hope to launch drive-thru service for you next month, and we're working on procedures to guide us through this process that minimize the risks to our community and staff. We’ll share updates as we have more information.
Banned Book Club talk.

Image transfer craft.
Discover how to transfer beautiful images from magazine pages onto glass. This fun and easy project is a great way to brighten up your home!

Supplies include:

* water basin
* wax paper
* glossy catalog or magazine
* heavy duty packaging tape
* sturdy tool (used for smoothing down tape)
* scissors
* smooth-sided vase, votive, jar, or drinking glass
