District Seeks Public Input on 'Re-Branding' District Logo

 
Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 Board of Directors is seeking input for re-branding of the District logo from members of the community.  The logo will be used on District vehicles, websites, business cards, employee clothing and other items.  Please keep in mind that the logo need to be viewable in different sizes.  A logo should focus on visible elements such as colors, design and symbols that will identify the District for years to come.
 
All logo designs must be submitted via email to logo@tcmud.org by 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2018.   Your email must include your name, address and contact information.  The Board will be reviewing all submissions at their regular meeting to be held on Monday, August 20th at 6:30 p.m.

The Board of Directors will hold a Joint Meeting with the Town Council on Tuesday, July 24th at 6:30 p.m. in the Svore Municipal Boardroom.  A Special Meeting Budget Workshop has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 31st at 6:30 p.m. in the Svore Municipal Boardroom.  As always, public attendance is invited and encouraged.  To view the agenda and other information for these and other meetings, please visit our Agendas & Meetings page.   You can also access the video replays by visiting us on You Tube.

 
June Utility bills are due by 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 20th.   If you have not yet made your July utility payment, please submit it to our office by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 20th to avoid late fees. 

If you cannot pay your bill by this date, please call our Utility Billing office at 682-831-4682 to make alternative payment arrangements.


Need a last minute option to pay your bill?  Payments made on our website post to your account immediately and there is NO CHARGE for this service.  Visit the Email Bills and Online Payments page for more information on using your online account to view or update account information, make payments, or change your billing options.  You can also pay your bill at our office at 100 Municipal Drive, or drop a check in the locked payment box in our parking lot.

Year Round Watering Restrictions in Effect

The Year Round Water Management and Conservation Requirements in Trophy Club's Drought Contingency and Emergency Water Management Plan contain twice per week watering restrictions.  Please water according to the following schedule:

  • Residential addresses ending in even numbers may water on Wednesday and Saturday.
  • Residential addresses ending in odd numbers may water on Thursday and Sunday.
  • Non-residential locations (commercial, HOA, common areas, medians, etc.) may water on Tuesday and Friday.
  • No watering is permitted on Monday.
  • No watering is permitted between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm on any day.

These restrictions are mandatory and will be enforced in accordance with Section XI of the Plan.  These procedures include written warnings and a possible $50 administrative penalty added to the next water bill for subsequent violations.  Repeat violations are also subject to citations issued by law enforcement and/or disconnection of water service with a $200 reconnection charge in addition to the $50 administrative penalty.
