Beginning next Monday, January 23rd, we will be conducting our annual evaluation of the wastewater collection system. This is one of the many proactive steps the District takes to ensure the system is well-maintained and ecologically sound. The information gained from this study will be used to repair and improve the wastewater collection system to reduce inflow and infiltration and preempt potential system failures. The area we’ll be conducting this system analysis in is pictured on this map and is home to approximately 47,800 linear feet of sewer main and 183 manholes.
The process of inspecting these pipelines involves sewer main cleaning, CCTV inspection, manhole inspection, and smoke testing. Smoke testing allows us to quickly identify issues in the system such as pipe breaks, fissures, open or broken clean-outs, and root intrusions. We use safe, non-toxic smoke that leaves no residue. Should we be conducting smoke testing near your home or business, you will find a hanging card on your front door with more information on what to expect during testing. The Board of Directors regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Svore Municipal Boardroom, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas, 76262.

Bills are automatically sent out around the 1st of each month. Payment is always due on the 20th of each month or the next business day if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday. To avoid disconnection of your service, please make your payment on time.
If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, please call our Utility Billing office at 682-831-4600 to make alternative payment arrangements before service is discontinued.
Need a last-minute option to pay your bill? Payments made on our website post to your account immediately and there is NO CHARGE for this service. Visit our website at https://tcmud.org/ and select "Make a Payment" from the home page. Click HERE for more information on using your online account to view or update account information, make payments, or change your billing options. You can also pay your bill at our office at 100 Municipal Drive, or drop a check in the locked payment box in our parking lot.

Year-Round Watering Restrictions in Effect
The Year-Round Water Management and Conservation Requirements in Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 Drought Contingency and Emergency Water Management Plan contain twice per week watering restrictions. Please water according to the following schedule:
- Residential addresses ending in even numbers may water on Wednesday and Saturday.
- Residential addresses ending in odd numbers may water on Thursday and Sunday.
- Non-residential locations (commercial, HOA, common areas, medians, etc.) may water on Tuesday and Friday.
- No watering is permitted on Monday.
- No watering is permitted between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm on any day.

As a reminder, every customer will need to register their account through the payment portal if they would like to utilize the online access to view the current amount(s) due, previous payments, or consumption amounts.
You can also change notification preferences on how you receive information from the District. We prefer an email and cell phone number so that customers can receive information quickly in the event of an emergency.
If your account was previously set up on credit card draft in the old system, this information was NOT transferred over to the new system as we do not house this information. Customers will need to set this up through the new payment portal to establish auto-pay with a credit card. Staff is unable to set this up or make changes on behalf of customers for security purposes.
If you were previously set up on bank draft, this information WAS transferred to the new system, unless there were changes made to your bank draft information. If so, you will need to provide us with the bank draft form located on our website here:
