To all Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 1 and Town of Trophy Club Water and Wastewater Customers:
During this time of inclement weather, we understand that turning on faucets to allow water to drip within your residence aids in reducing the potential for freezing pipes. However, we also understand that customers may be reluctant to drip water from their faucets due to higher water consumption affecting their wastewater winter averaging rates. Due to these concerns, the Board of Directors will be reviewing February consumption calculations and considering potential options with determining this year’s wastewater winter averaging during the next regular Board meeting.
Please call 682-831-4600 for water or wastewater emergencies. We are receiving higher numbers of calls during this time and appreciate your patience.
Winter Weather is Here!
Freezing temperatures and frozen precipitation are forecasted this week. Please make sure your irrigation system is shut off at the meter. It is very important to protect your pipes from freezing when the temperatures dip near zero. Freezing can lead to pipes bursting or cracking. Click HERE for more helpful information.
