One Stop Order Processing July 2018 Newsletter

Welcome to One Stop Order Processing's July 2018 Newsletter.

We hope that you are enjoying all of the sunshine we have this year. It looks like it is going to be a hot summer this year.  We are based in Exmouth, a little seaside town in Devon and so have seen lots of tourists visiting our town and having a lovely time.

 - We are currently focussing on working more closely with our partners to make sure that you can use One Stop Order Processing to get the best from your eCommerce channels.

 - We are developing a demo platform so that you can more easily see changes in our software and we are also looking into providing regular training webinars to help you to get the most out of 1StopOrders.

 - We are looking at the interface for our product and finding ways to make it more configurable, so adding programmable buttons to the main screen and enhancing filtering.

 - Amazon now have an API for the postal services and so we are working with them to add this feature to our software.

 - We have now moved from Bloglovin to Wordpress for our blog, click here to take a look at our new blog

This Summer will have taken on an Intern his name is Tristan. He has to come to work with us to learn about marketing within a software company. Keep reading to find out more about him .

I am Tristan, a French third-year student at the BBA EDHEC Business School in Nice, in the south of France.
I am a big fan of sports and travels. I love discovering new places and new cultures. I just came back from 6 months in Asia. I was on an academic exchange in Hong Kong and during that time I managed to visit many Asian countries, it was an amazing experience.
During the past two years, I have discovered a big interest in computer software and more precisely in all the marketing and sales efforts that have to be made around it to allow sales to happen. That is why I decided to specialize in that domain for my 4th-year classes.

Version 38 is now available, the following new features have been added.
  • Direct support added for MyHermes
  • Printing fields added for emails, allow you to select sender details based on rules
  • Easier access to database maintenance features
  • When importing orders they can be processed in batches (e.g. have a separate picking list for every 50 orders), available in Premium

In Version 38 some new Premium Only features were added to the software. To take advantage of these new features this month we are offering 20% off all quotes to upgrade to Premium from your current subscription. Please get in contact with us at the following link to receive your quote

In version 38 a direct integration with MyHermes was added. This means that you are able to generate and print your MyHermes labels directly from within One Stop Order Processing. All that you need is a MyHermes invoice account ( this is different from there standard accounts ) then you are able to begin generating your labels. You can use Courier Rules to automatically assign your orders the correct courier and service based on chosen criteria. For example, you import 15 orders from eBay, the courier's rules are then automatically run. This then leaves you with 5 orders going with MyHermes 2 with UkMail 3 with DPD and 5 with Royal Mail. Then with one click your labels can then be generated and printed on your chosen stationery. Click the icon to find out more about courier rules.

Our 2018 charity is Jacob's Ridge Animal Sanctuary. Here at One Stop Order Processing, the majority of our team are very fond of cats with the number of cats owned out weighing the member of staff that work with us! This month at Jacob's Ridge they have rescued a new kitten and they have named her Bridget after the bridge that they found her under. If you are a cat lover too then a Jacob's ridge volunteer holiday is ideal for you this summer as they have rescued over 20 cats! Take a look at their facebook page for more adorable pictures of all of their rescued animals.
