Greetings, everyone! 😊

I'm happy to announce that a new flock of flutterbies has landed in the webstore. Once we get to know these nostalgic friends, we'll head into adventurous territory with a new limited edition end minder set. To celebrate the start of the weekend, I'll also be debuting the finished shawl from our recent Cavorting with Colors MKAL!
Now, when I first saw these electroplated charms, I immediately fell in love. But...I wasn't sure if the look was dated or just downright delightful.

I erred on the side of the second and thought that they'd make for a wearable bit of summer nostalgia even with their less-than-modern coloring. There's just no other effect that makes for such scintillating wings!
As you'll find when you browse my Newest Treasures collection, I also chose a flower garden. What better combination is there than summer blooms and pretty pollinators?

Each Charmed style is available on your choice of Shining Silver or Antique Bronze. I'm partial to the cool shine of silver for these shades, but the earthy bronze provides a warm contrast that really makes your wings stand out. 🦋
Fly With The Flutterbies Here!
My newest helpful herd is completely bedecked in bold and beautiful red. These adventurous end minders and their flutterby friends will work together to support you on your most ambitious summer stitches. 🐑

If you are still working on your Cavorting with Colors shawl and would prefer to avoid any spoilers, I'll say my goodbyes here, and thank you so much for reading. Otherwise, let's scroll down!

My swingset provided the perfect way to show off this shawl in all its glory! I chose the Flower Garden set of Anzula Squishy for my own sample, and I just love how the rich golds, purples, pinks, and indigos dance together across the design. For my more formal photography, I chose to pair this piece with the Rainbow Sunrise Daisy. I hadn't planned on it matching so perfectly when I chose this bead, but it made for quite the happy coincidence! 💐

One of the design elements that I'm most proud of for this piece is the elegant, four-color i-cord bind-off. If you're debating casting on now that you know the finished result, don't let this scare you off! I included a multitude of options for every knitters' preference.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and that you're able to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. My family and I visited the zoo this week and it was so much fun to see all of the baby animals getting up to mischief. I've also been able to spend more time in the garden, especially since flowers like these Bachelor's Buttons make for beautiful photo accompaniments. Happy Friday, and I'll see you again in June! 💙
