ESTATE PLANNING AND THE QUEEN OF SOUL
Aretha Franklin, the Queen of Soul, died August 16, 2018. WHERE TO SEARCH FOR FORGOTTEN RETIREMENT BENEFITS:
The National Registry of Unclaimed Retirement Benefits is a secure database to search for unclaimed retirement account balances. The database is fairly new, with more accounts being added every day. Users conduct searches by entering a Social Security Number.

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PGBC) has a similar online database to search for unclaimed pensions. Users conduct searches by name.
