An, in any case, a refresher is always good.

It was in 2015 when the legend of innovation and management Geoffrey Moore of Crossing the Chasm's fame wrote a seminal paper on how the nature of the firm is being transformed by the Internet. It's fairly incredible how this piece ages so well and it's still central to the work we're doing between Platforms and EEEOs.

A precious talk by design legend John Thackara on Relational Ecology and Design touches upon the topic of re-entanglement of the firm that has been a crucial part of our new foundations' research. Still work to do to make a compelling case for this process, although pieces are getting together.
