Re-watch Boundaryless' webinar at the Business Ecosystem Alliance launch event
On March 25th Boundaryless CEO Simone Cicero ran an adopters' panel with two adopters from the Boundaryless community Yolanda Martin (from Kaluza) and Roberto Battaglia (Intesa Sanpaolo) about how to articulate an organizational transformation in the platform-ecosystem context. Some Highlights:
unbundle the technology and the organizational capabilities to be able to serve first internal teams and then interchange internal and ecosystem players;
build cultural momentum by ensuring everyone understands the opportunity and challenges;
develop entrepreneurial organizational artifacts that ensure entrepreneurship has a path to emerge and recombine organizational capabilities into new products and services.

Listen to our latest Boundaryless Conversation podcast episode where we delve into invisible assumptions, entanglement, and trans-contextual organizing with Complex thinking legend Nora Bateson.

Nora Bateson is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, facilitator and educator, as well as President of the International Bateson Institute based in Sweden. Her work asks the question “how can we improve our perception of the complexity we live within, so we may improve our interaction with the world?”. Nora wrote, directed and produced the award-winning documentary, ‘An Ecology of Mind’, a portrait of her father, Gregory Bateson.

Accelerate your Platform project! 💻
Join a cohort of learners (by doing) by bringing your project into an intense 2-day session to drive you from identifying and mapping your entities, to designing the two key engines of value creation in the platform (the transactions marketplace and the learning engine) that will compose the platform experiences you want to bring to the ecosystem. If you don't have a project: we'll either help you join other participants and form a team or provide you with a pedagogic design context for you to maximize learning .
