Big news! After a few months, we're now able to share again an upcoming Masterclass on Rendanheyi - the record-breaking model of organizing of Haier Group.

Boundaryless is continuing open-sourcing Rendanheyi into what we call the EEEO, the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Enabling Organization model, by integrating the Chinese giant's insights on organizing with a broader set of practices and ideas that will make it applicable to any context, including western and small business contexts. Boundaryless itself is now in the process of consolidating its transition towards a micro-enterprises based model of organizing and we'll share our experience at the training.

On the concept of higher friction communities by Ian Vanagas explains how even if low friction (to join) communities prove that "endless entertainment is there if you want it [...] If you have different goals, higher friction communities are the way to go."
