Designing Large Scale Workshops with Platform Design
Tips to work with large groups and leveraging collective intelligence

If you’ve attended one of our live or remote events (Masterclasses, Bootcamps, Workshops) you’ve probably noticed how much we typically stress one point: we believe our methodology is very valuable to get to practical and actionable results, but we insist so much on the importance of continuous conversations and insights exchange among the participants.

So, in this week's post,  Luca shares all our experience in designing large scale interventions that would allow you to leverage on collective intelligence: we're living turbulent times and getting everyone's contribution in designing strategies that mobilize is becoming more important than ever!

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Last week we've run our first remote online-live public masterclass over two intense days. We're baffled by the incredible energy of a group of 21 students that were spanning from Australia to Colombia!
As one of our participants said: ...."Things feel more possible now than before this experience"

Based on this (amazing) experience we've restructured the program of the online version of our training courses to be spread on one more day respect to the face-to-face live events, thus allowing a lighter daily agenda which we believe is needed when you work on the screen, and we released a full plan of new events!

In the process:
  • we transformed our currently planned Live event in Milan in May (19-21) into an Online-Live event: this will be the , first opportunity to attend our certification course online!
  • the next live Bootcamp has been rescheduled to September, we're hopeful that the Covid-19 situation will be at least much more clear after the summer;
  • we published two new Online Masterclasses (now more clearly called Platform Design Sprints): one in May (in Spanish! targeted to Spain and Latam) and one in June (in English).
