The Flow is the quarterly e-newsletter of the Hydro Empowerment Network (HPNET), a south-south knowledge exchange and advocacy platform to advance local practitioners of small-scale hydropower, made possible by the WISIONS initiative.  The thematic focus of this issue is inclusive social enterprise, local social capital, including women and indigenous communities.
