Hey <<First Name>>

Welcome back.

In this week's e-bulletin there are notes about this week's sermon and a reminder that we'll observe the sacrament of Communion at the end of service this week.

Throughout the days ahead plan to take part in our next Family Xperience, a men's retreat at Caton's Island, the reveiw of our recent Nice To Know Ya survey results, the Love Atlantic Campaign and the Kingswood Golf Classic. Take a browse through your e-bulletin for all the details and be sure to connect with us this week!

With love,
SJ1
This week we'll close off our Sermon Series with a look at the third focus of Paul's letter - the issue of Godly living in light of Christ. Last week we learned how Paul steered the church away from Old Testament religious practices. This week Paul rounds out his teaching by providing benchmarks for Christ-inspired behaviour.

Meet up with us this Sunday the 11th to hear Pastor Martin detail this last movement of Paul's letter.
We'll observe the Lord's Supper this Sunday September 11 during our regular morning service. We invite all believers to come prepared to participate in this important sacrament as we close off our study of the book of Colossians.

T'is so sweet to trust in Jesus!
Meet up with us on Friday, September 23 at 6:30 pm for a family night. Families of all ages are welcome to participate in an evening of games, snacks, singing, story, and tons of fun!
Men mark you calendars for this year's Men's Weekend at Caton's Island. It sounds like a good excuse to break away and build into and from each other. You can register on-line here
We're taking part in Love Atlantic this year. Please take time to review this powerful campaign and consider ways that you can get involved too. We'll offer more details on how we are partnering in the days ahead.

In the meantime check out this informational site for a quick review of the vision and details of this awesome campaign.
Youth will be launching their Fall kick off real soon! Wednesday September 14th will be their official first night for the Fall season.

Check out the Fusion Youth Ministries FB page and get them connected to this event and all the others that Pastor Martin's got up his sleeve.
Kingswood golf classic is happening again on September 9th. Please connect with John Croizer if you would like support this yearly event by playing or contributing.
A few months ago we sent out a general church survey. Since that time we've complied the data and interpreted the results with the staff and our LBA. And now we're ready to share it with you. During the evening we'll detail the results and discuss with you how that information impacts our ministries moving forward.

We'll offer hot drinks and pie for attendees too just to sweeten the deal.

Meet up with us on Sunday September 25th at 6:30pm to review the survey and help us realize the full potential of Kingdom Growth at SJ1.
