OCD Conquers Concours

Concours d'Elegance 2016 took part at Ellerslie this month, and featured some of the finest vehicles in New Zealand. As with last year, there was a great selection of vintage, classic and modern vehicles on display. OCD had the opportunity to become more involved in both vehicle competition preparation and sponsorship of the event.

We were over the moon when the results were released:

Best club car: Porsche 911E (prepared by OCD)
Best club: Porsche Club of NZ (both cars prepared by OCD)
Best Overall Car at Concours Masters 2016: Jaguar E Type (prepared by OCD)

We're running away!

Well.... That is running Round The Bays on March 6th.

That's right, those guys you know at OCD don't just provide Auckland's best car detailing but they can run faster than a Prius and with more style than a Fiat Multipla. We're putting our best feet forward and as a team we are going to make the 8.4km sprint from Quay Street to St Heliers; but that's not all. We are standing proud and have decided to sponsor a charity as well; hoping to raise as many dollars as possible for those who need it more than us.

We're supporting Youthline who help young Kiwis and provide support and advice through multiple different channels. Help us to donate as much as possible (we're aiming for $1000) and we can all help out those who need it more than us!

This beautifully maintained R32 was brought to OCD to restore the depth for entry in the VW stand at Concours d'Elegance. The owner is a big believer in OEM+ and the subtle additions have really made a difference!

We took this lovely Range Rover and restored it to it's former glory while adding a CQuartz Paint Coating; lasting up to two years and providing easy maintenance coupled with amazing shine and depth.

This beautiful Concours-winning Jaguar E-Type is widely believed to be the oldest in NZ, and is certainly one of the most impressive vehicles we have worked on. Lovingly restored by it's owner, this vehicle was truly something to behold.

We prepared this R32 for the 4 & Rotary Nationals - combining a Stage 2 Package with some extas including polishing the piano trims, removing import stickers from the windows, polishing the tail lights and having LED lights retrofitted.

This amazing Ferrari came to OCD to restore the paintwork & bring up the shine. This is a very highly-optioned vehicle, with the well-regarded Fiorano handling package & copious amounts of carbon fiber trim in the interior.

This awesome GTR came to OCD for a Stage 3 and extras. Along with water spots and swirls we corrected minor chips in the paint and finished off with an Sio2 sealant to ensure great protection over the coming months.
