GovCon Partners and Clients,
At MetaPhase, we’ve been humbled and encouraged by the opportunities afforded this year. We welcomed 20 new staff and initiated contracts in three new federal markets (Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce and Office of Personnel Management) while expanding support for a number of our existing clients. We’ve significantly expanded our capabilities and experience in the areas of Software Development, Data Science and Business Intelligence
Another significant development has been to expand our corporate infrastructure with the hiring of a deeply experienced COO, Mike Innella, and Business Operations Manager, Shannon Byrne Custer. They’re helping to scale up functions like accounting and recruiting while standardizing our processes to ensure a deeper level of consistency across all of the programs we support.
Take a look below to see some of our favorite accomplishments from this year, and learn how to engage with us in the coming year. And from all of us at MetaPhase, thank you for believing and trusting in us, and making it a fun and exciting year.
Wishing you and yours Happy Holidays! Looking forward to 2019!
Fred Costa and Brett McLaren
