Friends, Colleagues, Clients, and Partners -

We’ve been pushing to get out an issue of our ENGAGE newsletter.  We thought the name “ENGAGE” was perfect - both because it sounds edgy and cool , and because it really describes our intent.  Our goal is to share the latest happenings here at MetaPhase so we can continue to help and support each other in the industry.

One of our favorite corporate mantras is “Collaboration over Competition” - and that approach has been instrumental in virtually every step forward to date.  So please reach out to let us know if you’re interested in partnering, joining the company, or for anything else that might come to mind in response to these updates!

The last few months blew by at warp speed with lots of new and exciting things happening across the company.  Below is a quick summary of what’s new:

  • GROWTH - We were fortunate to kick off 5 new contracts in the last quarter at both new and existing customers (details below!).  This quickly led us to cross the 50+ employee mark adding scale to support new and bigger challenges.

  • CORPORATE APPRAISALS/CERTIFICATIONS - MetaPhase received its ISO 9001:2015 certification and CMMI Level 3 appraised for Development.  This provides validation of the quality of our internal and delivery related processes.  Though the certification process was a bear, we couldn’t have done it alone.  We’re happy to recommend the outside consultants we worked with to assist in obtaining these certifications.

  • INDUSTRY RECOGNITION - In October, MetaPhase was named to Washington Technology’s FAST50 list as the 24th fastest growing consulting firms in the Federal  government market.  In December, our CEO, Fred Costa, was recognized by Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) as a Tech 100 CEO.   Lastly, in January MetaPhase was selected by G2Xchange for its NXTUP award for firms set to make waves in the industry in 2020.

We’re excited that the team is receiving recognition for its amazing work and look forward to more this year!
