Hello Engineering Ambassadors,

We hope your semester is starting strong! Thank you to those who were able to attend both the First General Meeting and the Spring Training Session!

Training

Remember- it is mandartory for Ambassadors to be trained before volunteering for any event. If you were unable to attend the training session and would still like to be an active Ambassador please contact us.

EAP Polos


Ambassadors must wear polos to all events. Prior to your event, email us your polo preference (Male/Female and Size), and we will get it ready for pick up at reception in the Dean's Office (E493).

Hart Middle School Visit
Dates: Friday, February 26th, 10:30 AM - 3:15 PM
Where: Hart Middle School, 4433 Willow Rd., Pleasanton

We will be visiting Hart Middle School to conduct a Student Panel for two separate classes. There will be an hour in between where we Ambassadors will go out to lunch together (you will need bring money). Carpools will be provided by both Andrea and Melissa (may be limited).


Science Extravaganza
Dates: Saturday February 27th, All Day
Where: SJSU Engineering Building

The 2016 Annual Science Extravaganza is here! The SE Committee holds this for nearby schools to come visit and demonstrate several workshops held by both SJSU Clubs and Companies. Volunteers will be needed for Team Leads, Workshop facilitators, Set up crew, Clean up Crew, and General Volunteers. 
 


Luther Burbank Elementary School Visit
Dates: Friday, March 4th, 8:20 AM - 11:45 PM
Where: Luther Burbank Elementary, 4 Wabash Ave, San Jose, CA 95128

Ambassadors will be visiting Luther Burbank Elementary School to do Straw Towers and answering any questions students may have. Carpools will be provided (may be limited).



Watsonville Visit to SJSU
Dates: Thursday, March 17th, 12:30 PM - 1:20 PM.
Where: Engineering Building Room 494, SJSU

Watsonville HS students will be visiting San Jose State University. A student panel will be held in E494 for Ambassadors to answer any questions students may have about engineering.
