Contemplative Practices Tonight at 7 p.m.
A series of evening contemplation practice gatherings continues tonight on Zoom for centering and seeking calm.
Each week a different leader has guided us in a contemplative practice. As a participant, there is no preparation, simply come curious about the evening's practice.
Tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 17, Bishop Charles Wesley Jordan leads a contemplation practice based on a spiritual leader.
Each session is one hour, beginning at 7 p.m. The zoom link opens at 6:45 to allow you to get connected and settled in. (Video is not critical, so dialing in does not diminish the practice for those with limited internet connectivity.)
These sessions are a time away, a break from the week and the day, to center and experience the benefits of contemplative prayer practice.
No prior experience in contemplative practice needed.
The Zoom link is the same as the Sunday fellowship link.
