Hello <<First Name>>,

I started 2022 following my exhale, low energy and the need to go slow. Hence no news till now!

Like all of us, and in different ways, I'm aware of an accumulation of almost two years of big changes both professional and personal, and my body called me to a little more 'wintering' and meditation immersion. I feel I've set my course for more serenity in the year ahead. May it be so :)
