spring hopefulness...?
Resting in the Heartspace Retreat, Emerson College
photo credit and thanks : Louise Gregory :)

Hello <<First Name>>,

We all need a bit of spring hopefulness right now don't we?

The weekend retreat 2 weeks ago gave me hope, discovering again how nourished we can be by connection with others and the deep practice of loving awareness. So happy to be offering more of such blessings :)

In the various sessions I've offered recently I've been speaking a lot as to how mindfulness and self-compassion resources us - giving us the courage and strength to stand our ground, acknowledge our vulnerability and take action to protect ourselves and others.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, tender or just needing to find a little more hope then one of my new events might be just the space for you :

beginner Mindfulness - new MBSR course starts April 22nd, grads welcome too!

beyond beginners - join me online or in person this Saturday 26th or at Retreat all day 18th June

beginner Mindful Self-Compassion - 5 day Mindful Self-Compassion immersion, a wonderful opportunity for resourcing yourself

may the spring sunshine warm your heart,
may hope gladden your mind,
may moments of ease bless you,
may there be peace in all the world

the more we fathom our own hearts,
the more we find there the being of others,
