We all need a bit of spring hopefulness right now don't we?

The weekend retreat 2 weeks ago gave me hope, discovering again how nourished we can be by connection with others and the deep practice of loving awareness. So happy to be offering more of such blessings :) 

In the various sessions I've offered recently I've been speaking a lot as to how mindfulness and self-compassion resources us - giving us the courage and strength to stand our ground, acknowledge our vulnerability and take action to protect ourselves and others.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, tender or just needing to find a little more hope then one of my new events might be just the space for you :
