"it's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see"
Henry David Thoreau
Hello

My favourite emoji is 😍

it says I see with eyes full of love.

Fundamentally that's my practice, and what mindfulness and compassion are all about - growing our capacity to live with an open heart.

That doesn't mean at all that everything that happens is OK.  There's plenty that's not OK right now, that we want to stop, change.

Sometimes love is tough and fierce, and says no, enough!

I've just written a blog for the Mindfulness Network about Fierce Compassion (read more here)

Details of the companion workshop and other offerings for growing more love and presence below

I'm looking forward to going mindfully and heartfully with you soon,

the freedom of an open heart
...

“Clearly recognizing what is happening inside us, and regarding what we see with an open, kind and loving heart, is what I call Radical Acceptance. If we are holding back from any part of our experience, if our heart shuts out any part of who we are and what we feel, we are fueling the fears and feelings of separation that sustain the trance of unworthiness.
Radical Acceptance directly dismantles the very foundations of this trance.”
