Terenure College Community Choir

Terenure College Community Choir are looking for new members. The choir rehearses in the College every Tuesday evening (7.30pm to 9pm) and sings at one Mass per month in the College Chapel. 

You don't need to have formal music training only a love of singing and an availability to attend weekly rehearsals

New pitch is coming along

Laying of the new all-weather pitch in Terenure College RFC has begun as you can see from the photo.

The major infrastructure project should be completed by the end of the September and includes new changing rooms and floodlights on both the first and second pitches.
Culture Night in Terenure Sports Club

Culture Night is coming to Terenure Sports Club on Friday 18th September and there will be plenty going on including;

- Local History presentation
- Exhibition curated by illustrator Kevin McSherry
- Puppet Show and Children’s Art competition
- Meet Paul Howard, creator of Ross O’Carroll-Kelly and hear about his ‘relationship’ with Terenure.

Nure Net Business Club

Nure Net Business Club Chapter 1 meets this Thursday morning, September 17th, in Terenure College Rugby Club. It is a great chance to chat and network with local business owners and decision makers in an informal setting. Coffee starts at 07:30 and we'll be done and dusted by 08:30.

I Love Terenure 2030 picking up awards

Last week at the DCC City Neighborhood Awards. I Love Terenure 2030 won the 'Business Environmental Initiative' award for all the work put in by the shop keepers and business owners with the hanging baskets and flower boxes in the last few months and the general improvement to the village itself.

They also won a Special Merit Cert in the 'Urban Village' Category. Terenure Office Supplies won the tightly fought 'Best Shopfront Award' for the whole area, beating off tough competition from Donnybrook, Sandymount, Ranelagh etc.

Wellfest Saturday Sept 19th in Herbert Park

Organised by Terenure past pupil, WellFest is Ireland’s first health and fitness festival. The core ethos of WellFest is about celebrating wellness as a festival (not an expo!). They want people to have fun and participate in all our great activities.

WellFest is on Saturday, 19th of September in the beautiful surroundings of Herbert Park in Dublin. It is a one day event and will run from 10am to 6pm.
