R.M. Hubbert and Dressed Like Wolves - this Sunday

We have a rather lovely show this Sunday night

Hubby plays guitar in exemplary fashion. And sings some. He is of the influential 90's Glasgow diy music scene, and often collaborates with Arab Strap's Aidan Moffat - together they released the excellent album Here Lies the Bones this year.

Of R.M Hubbbbert they do say:

A gracious and spellbinding thing - Q (4/5)

Emotionally gripping - Mojo (4/5)

Technically dazzling and deeply moving - Uncut (4/5)

Hubbert's a hell of a guitarist - Daily Express (4/5)

His unique guitar playing shines brightest - Is This Music (5/5)

Hubby’s most expansive & diverse work - The List (4/5)

Mesmeric - The Guardian

A revitalising downpour - The Wire

Alluring, enigmatic - The Scotsman

Yearning, inventive - AU

Delicate and beautiful - Clash

Utterly captivating - The Line of Best Fit

We are lucky indeed to have this record - The Quietus

Peerless - The Skinny

Superb - The Herald

Utterly delightful - Drowned in Sound

And Dreessed Like Wolves is awesome too
