You can revitalize the look of finished wood furniture with tea! Simply steep two bags of black tea in hot water for 10 minutes, let cool, dampen a clean soft cloth with the tea, and then wipe over wood furniture. It will bring out the wood’s natural color and shine.
Not only is this a handy trick to use for an open house, but it can also help with all of the holiday parties and events coming up!

After relocating from the Seattle area to Austin, Kirsten, Fred, and their daughter Aanika were looking for the perfect place to call home. The popular Northwest Hills area was the best option to help them fulfill their life-long dream: to reside in a walkable neighborhood that was close to the schools their daughter Aanika would attend. They encountered a snag, however, when they decided to use Kirsten’s VA loan benefits to put in offers on the homes they loved. Property sellers were misinformed about the benefits this type of loan offers, but fortunately for this family they had Habitat Hunters on their side. With Jody’s help, Kirsten, Fred, and Aanika were able to finally close on a home that fulfills their life-long dream. Allow Habitat Hunters to do the same for you!

Northwest Hills

The Northwest Hills area is an older community of elegant homes. Homes were mostly built in the 1960s and 70s and are largely traditional, but most brandish sleek modern updates.

Brandon, who was born and raised in Austin, is a seventh generation Texan. He grew up in a real estate family, and although he has lived south of the river all of his life, he knows the ins and outs of this great city. While growing up, Brandon learned all about the buying and selling process, and how to purchase investment properties to rehab and lease. Brandon is known for his instincts and abilities to learn what someone wants or needs, and then he works hard to find it.

Why Austin Is Becoming The Next Great American Metropolis

Unless you’ve been living under a rock (in which case, we can certainly help you upgrade), you’ve heard the news about the booming Austin economy. Our city is growing at a rapid rate—so much that we’ve been given the nickname “The City of the Eternal Boom” by Texas Monthly.
