Enjoy Nostrana Pot Roast this Saturday, January 16th

Slice into one of Italy’s ultimate comfort foods

Rob Roy, our Sous Chef & Macellaio, has prepared a dinner of slow-braised beef pot roast, ready for you to take home and reheat for dinner.

Available for pick-up this Saturday, January 16th, this dinner kit features a fully-cooked stracotto (red-wine and tomato braised pot roast), served with a side, dessert and dinner rolls to soak up the braising liquid (or make sandwiches later).

Bar Director Austin Bridges has selected a perfectly paired bottle of Barolo to complete this meal. And our cocktails are available as well! Optionally add it on at checkout.

Each meal kit will feed 4–6 and includes:
  • 2.5lb precooked beef Stracotto—red wine and tomato braised pot roast
  • Insalata Nostrana
  • Celery root, sunchoke & potato purée
  • 4 chocolate chip cookies
  • 4 dinner rolls
  • Instructions to reheat
Optionally, add wine and cocktails to make it a complete Nostrana-at-home experience.
