2021 Ministry Plan

It's the time of year where we start to develop our budget for the next year.  Erik and the ministry directors are working on the new ministry plan.  It will include permanent financing for the new building, a larger mortgage payment, increased operational costs (utilities, cleaning, insurance, etc.) and larger technology needs than ever before.

With God's help, and putting our trust in Him, we know that we can rise to these financial challenges and reach a larger-than-ever number of people with His Word.
A Financial Report from Erik Borgmeyer

September has begun and we need $150,429 to meet our budget for the month.  We have 4 Sunday's so that comes to $37,607 each week. After the second week, we've received $92,117 in tithes and offerings. We've had a good start to September as far as receiving contributions to our Forward in Faith campaign.  This month, we've received  just over $80,000. Electronic and Mail-in Gifts continue to be increasing in use.  Please contact me if you would like to look at the option of setting up regular giving.

The current amount that we have had to borrow for the new building is just under 5.5 million dollars.  We have just over $500,000 in cash reserves right now, leaving us a balance of just under 5 million.  We're currently paying interest on the borrowed amount, which comes to $19,000 per month.  The current interest rate environment is low, which means this is a great time to have built a new building.
