Sunday 9:30a service streamed live & available for viewing later.
One of the ways we've saved money as we looked to furnish our new building was by making our own tables for the Café, the Lounge and other areas of the building. Scott Guenther found a seller on Facebook Marketplace that repurposes old bowling alley lanes. Marty Hein has some experience working with wood, and the two of them picked up about 200 feet of bowling alley lanes. Ron Suing and Jim Carter put their heads together and figured out the best way to sand them down and add some trim. Marty Haniszewski and Mark Miller helped to provide the stain and finish, and now we've got some great tables!

The total cost for a table with the base attached, is under $100. We found metal chairs on Amazon for $25 each, and saved thousands on what we would have paid from a restaurant supply store. We look forward to when you can enjoy a cup of coffee on one of our bowling alley tables and think about all the strikes and gutter balls they have seen.

Join the Messiah Team!

Messiah has a team for this year's Market to Market, but we could use some more runners! The final day to adjust the team roster is 8 days away, but there are only 3 signed up right now. Kevin Van Nostrand, Luke Derowitsch and Scott Guenther. Pastor John may be the 4th, as he's been running since his sabbatical and seems very interested.

Please reach out to Scott or Kevin if you'd like to be part of the team. The run is on Saturday, Oct. 3 and you don't have to go to Messiah to be on our team.
